About
This Facebook Live Session will share our thoughts and guidance on transforming traditional retail into a hybrid and ultimately an autonomous model. The focus will be high-level thinking on addressing internal and external logistics of the retail's operations and customer experience, respectively. Moreover, we will cover different models and examples of selecting and automating workflows while enhancing the inputs and outputs for relevant stations. The goal is to aid in creating a strategy optimized to reduce labor and cost, increase efficiency and revenue, and elevate both the staff and customer experience with every step in your path to automate your retail business.
